I do not book flights directly. The main reason for this is that if there's an issue or a need to reschedule a flight, airlines will only communicate with the travel planner, not directly with the client. This can cause delays and frustration for travelers needing immediate answers.
However, I can book flights when they are part of a supplier package. When flights are included in a comprehensive travel plan, it's easier to make changes because suppliers tend to be more flexible compared to airlines. They are more willing to accommodate changes because the flight is integrated into their overall service package. I'm always available to assist clients, and the travel supplier also provides support, ensuring a smoother experience overall.
Additionally, I strongly recommend considering flight travel insurance to cover scenarios like trip cancellation, interruption, missed connections, and delays. This offers peace of mind and provides an additional contact point should issues arise during travel.
