Wondermakers provides travel planning and booking services, including but not limited to ​transportation, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services. All bookings are subject to ​availability and the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

2.1 Booking Process: To make a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information as ​required. Any incorrect information may result in cancellation or additional charges by the respective ​service providers. 2.2 Payment Terms: Payments must be made according to the payment schedule ​provided at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of ​your booking by the respective service providers. 2.3 Pricing: All prices are subject to change without ​notice until the booking is confirmed. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. 2.4 Payment ​Methods: Wondermakers performs payments on your behalf according to options allowed by the ​respective service providers. These methods may include credit card, debit card and supplier gift card ​where applicable. We do not perform payments via Venmo, Paypal, cash, or personal check.

3.1 Cancellation by Client: Cancellation requests must be made in writing (including email) or the ​form provided within our system. The date of the cancellation request will determine the applicable ​cancellation fees, which vary depending on the service provider and the timing of the cancellation. 3.2 ​Cancellation by Wondermakers: We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen ​circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative arrangements of equal value. ​3.3 Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms of the service provider. ​Processing fees may apply.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, ​and other travel-related risks. Wondermakers is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to ​lack of insurance coverage.

Clients are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, and any other required travel ​documents. Wondermakers is not liable for any issues, delays, or costs arising from failure to obtain ​or present the necessary documents.

Clients must ensure they are in good health and fit to travel. It is the client's responsibility to seek ​medical advice and vaccinations required for their destination. Wondermakers is not liable for any ​health-related issues that arise during travel.

7.1 Service Providers: Wondermakers acts as an agent for various service providers and is not ​responsible for their actions, omissions, or defaults. We do not guarantee the performance of any ​third-party service provider. 7.2 Liability: Wondermakers' liability is limited to the amount paid by the ​client for the services, in the event it is agreed the direct negligent action of Wondermakers caused ​the loss of a service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8.1 Complaints: Any complaints must be reported immediately to the involved service provider and to ​Wondermakers. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. 8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any ​disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided by Wondermakers shall be resolved ​through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in the jurisdiction where Wondermakers is registered.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest ​version of the Terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the date ​of posting.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ​Wondermakers is registered. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the ​courts of that jurisdiction.
